Our Foundations Classes take the dancing from scratch, and gives you all the tools needed to get comfortable. Right now are offered three distinct Foundations series: Swing Foundations, focusing on Lindy Hop in both 6 and 8 counts; Balboa Foundations and, coming soon, Shag Foundations.

Other classes include Aerials, Jazz Dance, Styling & Variations and are open to various levels. Check out our schedule to know which classes are available in the following weeks!

SCX trains four teams, Rising Stars, Swing ConneXion, Balboa ConneXion and ConneXion Crew. They're great gateways to get involved in our organization, do shows and compete!

A Pro-AM is a competition division where a professional dancer, usually a teacher, competes with an amateur. Swing ConneXion has a long standing tradition of pro-AMs: most of our teachers today got their first break in competitions thanks to Pro-AMs!
